River Falls, formerly known as Lantian Development, is an investment and development company with deep roots in the Washington, DC metropolitan region.
Who We Are
Founded in 2014, River Falls brings together a team of seasoned leaders in real estate development, investment, asset management, and finance. Collectively, we have designed, developed and managed billions of dollars in real assets and overseen millions of square feet of mixed-use, residential, office, and retail projects throughout the region. Some firms focus on a specific asset class; we specialize in versatility. Our experience ranges from single purpose office, residential and retail buildings to large-scale master planned mixed-use communities. Our range is broad – from bespoke Federal Agency Headquarters to Active Adult Communities. River Falls, through its affiliate, Spectrum Solar, has developed and actively manages its own privately owned 5.6 MW solar array.
